Bringing to the table – Career Progression
In the wild, many predators such as wolfs would hunt together in packs. They work together in the most orchestrated way to hunt down their prey. Some would play the role of a decoy, and some would pretend to fake chase the prey. One may distract the protector of the herd, while others would wait calmly until the right time to strike. When they are synergized together, they can strike down animals that are three to four times their size. Truly a fascinating sight to behold, and the work of wonderful mother nature.
Most predators would share their trophy after a successful hunt. It is their instinct to bring the ‘food’ back to the table. This is how they maintain as a pack, working together as an organization.
In a corporate organization, we work in a very similar manner. Except, of course, we don’t hunt prey. Instead, we provide services and products to our clients. Every individual would play their part to develop, create, support, or administer the best of service and products to serve our niche. Providing services and products in an organization is a team sport
The question is, what can you bring to the table in your organization? What role can you play in your organization in order to provide the best?
A WEALTH dominant person would contribute best to managing and strategizing the attacks of the organization. This allows them to divulge their talent in the best way.
A CREATION dominant person would be best at creating and marketing the service and product. They are the best when it comes to making and innovating the weapons.
A person who is SELF dominant would be best to take care of the welfare and wellbeing of the teammates. Ensuring everyone is happy, healthy and function to their best.
No one does a better job of making sure tasks and the dirty work are done other than the OFFICER structure person. They are the workhorse of operations. They are the strikers.
The RESOURCE people are the one who tells us the terrains, dangers, risk, pros, and cons of every single detail. They are the one that cares and protects us from harm.
