Task Making with Efficiency – The Virtuous 正财 (“Zheng Cai”)

Lately, I was presented with an opportunity to visit a car production factory filled with robotic machines. It was truly a sight to behold. It was one of the most fascinating mega engineering experiences I have ever witnessed. These robotic machines move as if they were alive, pretty much like the Michael Bay movie “Transformers”. These robots work a harmonious and synchronous way to assemble cars with utmost precision. “They” perform their tasks with maximum efficiency without missing a beat. There is no waste of time, no mistakes, no redundant movement, and with zero hesitation. It is as if I was watching a metallic ensemble symphonic performance.

I was then introduced to the man behind the machines who heads the robotics division of the car production factory. I managed to spot the resemblance at first glance. The head of the robotic department is an efficient taskmaster of precision. He explained that the robots do not know how to perform tasks correctly if human does not “program/train” them to do so. The human programmer must plan and program the robots thoroughly, set its course, calculate the maximum efficiency, thus making every robotic move meaningful and effective. In the end, the robot is a mere reflection and amplification of what humans program them to do. A task that is very suitable for a 正财 structure person.

A person with a 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) BaZi structure likes to organize, plan and manage. They thrive to ensure everything works in a planned, structured and scheduled manner. They love to design schedules, organize things, assign tasks, arrange materials, develop documents and ensure everything goes according to their plans. They are super managers that can compartmentalize the most chaotic situation or matters, turning it into an organized and efficient procedure. They dislike beating around the bushes and walking the unnecessary path. They are goal and result-oriented. To them, getting there and reaching the objective is the most important goal. They dislike having piled up work. Therefore, they always work hard to strike off their to-do list in the shortest possible time. Sometimes, these actions might cause them to be quite high strung. However, if you want to get things done in the most orderly fashion, you need one of these 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) BaZi structure people. In ancient times, they are known as the “Virtuous ()”.

In school, courses designed with a goal-oriented style of learning would help people born with the 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) structure. They love to work towards goals. The courses that engage the student to learn activities such as developing and planning methods, breaking down a complex problem and solving them one by one would be beneficial to person born with 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) structure. They thrive in an environment that requires planning, managing, organizing and driving for results. So, subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Physics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, and Event Management would be helpful to them. Co-curricular activities such as student outing activity, roadshow, campaign, organizing trips, events and parties, etc that train students to plan and organize would help enhancing their virtuous characters.

A 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) BaZi structure person may sometimes be a little high strung as they want everything goes according to what they plan and “like” to drive people to follow their way. However, they are needed to program robots so that the  would not crash and start fighting among themselves!

Notable person with the Virtuous 正财 (“Zheng Cai”) BaZi structure includes José Mourinho (Portuguese Football Coach), Satya Nadella (CEO of Microsoft) and Ginni Rometty (CEO of IBM)
