Thriving in X-Treme – The Fighter Star七煞 (“Qi Sha”)
Lately, a few friends came to me asking if they should change to a different company. They complained that they are not appreciated at work and felt their effort is a waste of time. When I asked further, most of them gave me the same answer. They become bored with their work. Their assigned tasks are not challenging anymore. Ironically, they neither complain about the money nor the people.
A question I asked them, “If you are presented with a challenge, will you be willing to take it on and jump right in?”
Interestingly, these friends of mine share a similar trait: a dominant BaZi star – The Fighter 七煞 (“Qi Sha”).
People with a dominant Fighter star 七煞 (“Qi Sha”) are very determined and objective-focused. They have strong will power and a focused discipline to accomplish goals. They like challenges and will fight until the end. Boredom and routine would ‘kill’ them as they could not feel a sense of accomplishment. They thrive on the ability to solve complex issues and problems. They are able to perform in very critical situations and push through in a tough environment.
Although they can perform in critical situations, all dominant Fighter star 七煞 person require an arena to strengthen their determination and will power. They need long haul strenuous regime to perfect and master their grit. Without focus and practice, the Fighters would only be a reckless rampant, causing more harm than good to themselves.
If you have a young dominant Fighter star 七煞 child, you should engage them in sports and/or any activities that require physical and mental focus. If you are selecting a University and/or school for your kids, you should choose a school that provides solo competitive sports such as racing, running, singles event, and extreme sports. Participating and winning competitions is a source of great satisfaction. In doing so, will help to train up their determination and discipline. They usually perform better when working alone than team activities.
Back to my friends, they went back to their boss and asked for the most challenging job at hand and they are happy now. Haha!
